Tim is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Texas.
With over "15" years in the business, he has a 4 year Real Estate Degree
from Sacramento State University. Tim has closed over $200 million in Real
Estate deals. Tim has worked on everything from skyscrapers to shopping
malls to warehouses all over the country. Now he is back working on his
favorite real estate investments: Single family homes.

A former client of Tim's, Greg went to Texas with Tim on one
of his "Texas Tours" in September 2005. Greg was so impressed with the
opportunity in Texas, he purchased his first 2 homes and then joined the
Team as client coordinator. Greg has his BS in Marketing from Sacramento
State University. Greg uses his business skills to work with Home Builders
and Sales Reps to get you the best deal possible.
